The courier will leave a notice and attempt a new delivery the next business day. If it fails again, the package returns to us, and we will notify you to arrange a new shipment.
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, only for products that have not been personalized. Boxes with engraved messages or unique items cannot be returned, but we will replace any manufacturing defects.
